DigiStamps can be used on items to be sold as long as long as you do not mass produce (more than 200 per year). They must not be sold, traded, shared or included in other design packages, including copying with intent or sharing with friends or family.

Please note that copying or sharing clipart is a copyright violation and consequently is illegal. This is irrespective of whether you purchase the graphic or download a freebie. You merely have a license to use the download in accordance with these terms. However, you are allowed to make one copy for backup purposes. You must not offer customised DigiStamps for resale (only on hand finished products) or claim it as your own.

You CANNOT resell, share or give away the graphics as they are, only the handmade crafts and finished products you make with them.
You CANNOT Use them to produce rubber stamps, clear stamps or die cuts etc.
You CANNOT alter the images and call them your own.
You CANNOT use them to produce your own stamp kits.

It is allowed to create embroidery designs from these graphics. They can also be used for cards, scrap booking, gift tags or any other handmade printed products you can think of. You may sell or give away your handcrafted paper products, you must not share the digital files in any way.
